For 19 years, I sat across from patients in the dental chair who were exhausted, inflamed, stressed, and confused by their symptoms, and no one was helping them connect the dots. And honestly… I was one of them. I was eating “healthy,” checking all the boxes, and doing everything right, but my body still felt off. Nothing made sense until I discovered functional nutrition and realized something huge: Your body isn’t random. It’s patterned. It’s talking. You just need the right framework to understand it. That realization completely changed the way I work. I went on to study nutrition science through the Stanford Center for Health Education, became a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor, a Certified Aromatherapist, and combined that knowledge with my nearly two decades as a Registered Dental Hygienist. But degrees aren’t what make the difference. It’s how you’re seen, heard, and supported. I don’t hand out restrictive diets or overwhelm you with protocols. I help you tune into the signals your body is already giving you and make the shifts that finally make things feel clearer, steadier, and doable. My approach is warm, grounded, root-cause focused, and built around real life. Because your story matters. Your patterns matter.
