Why I do this work

I spent years in the dental chair

listening to stories that didn’t match the surface explanation.

It wasn’t just plaque or gum health.
It was lingering inflammation. Slow healing. Bodies under constant stress, even when labs looked “normal,” and people were doing everything they were told.

Most of the time, it was brushed off as stress, aging, or “just life.”

I accepted that explanation too, until I started experiencing it myself.

Even while doing all the “right” things, my body still felt off.

That’s when I stopped looking for more rules and started looking for patterns.
