Sessions are held by phone on Fridays (10–5) and Saturdays (9–12)

As a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor, Aromatherapist, and Registered Dental Hygienist, I offer personalized, educational support focused on root causes and whole-body health. I don’t diagnose or treat medical conditions, I help you uncover patterns and make informed choices.
As an RDH, I’m trained in oral health under a dentist’s supervision, but functional nutrition showed me just how connected the mouth is to the rest of the body.
