This is where we take everything you've shared, your intake, timeline, symptoms, and map it out using the DIG Framework:

By visually organizing your symptoms and patterns, we can see where imbalances are showing up, how systems are connected, and what matters most.

Receive a personalized next-step roadmap after we review your health history, timeline, and functional patterns together. It includes bioindividual recommendations, key focus areas, and simple action steps to support your body from the inside out. This is your real-life plan, flexible, doable, and grounded in your story, lifestyle, and goals.
Groundwork Skills Toolkit
Foundational tools and education to help you understand the "why" behind your plan. This toolkit introduces core concepts that support digestion, blood sugar, energy, mood, sleep, and more, because real health starts with daily rhythms done well. Think of this as your resource hub, so you're not just told what to do, but truly understand how to do it well.

As a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor, Aromatherapist, and Registered Dental Hygienist, I offer personalized, educational support focused on root causes and whole-body health. I don’t diagnose or treat medical conditions, I help you uncover patterns and make informed choices.
As an RDH, I’m trained in oral health under a dentist’s supervision, but functional nutrition showed me just how connected the mouth is to the rest of the body.
