1. What’s Included

This plan includes:

Five 60-minute 1:1 phone sessions (typically over 2–3 months)

For new clients: Includes Tier 1 intake, Rooted Timeline, DIG Functional Nutrition Matrix, and Bioindividual Blueprint

Lab review and interpretation (if provided)

Ongoing updates to your DIG Functional Nutrition Matrix

Personalized refinements to your Bioindividual Blueprint (Action Plan)

Continued access to your Groundwork Skills Toolkit

Brief email support between sessions for check-ins or clarification

2. Scheduling & Session Timeline

After I review your intake form, I’ll send a link to book your first session.
I currently see clients on Fridays (9–5) and Saturday mornings (9–12).

All 5 sessions must be completed within 90 days of purchase (unless we’ve agreed otherwise)

Sessions are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis

If you anticipate needing flexibility, just reach out—we’ll make a plan that supports you

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may count toward your 5-session total

Communication is key—if anything comes up, just let me know early so we can stay aligned

4. Payment & Commitment

This plan is a one-time investment of:

$479 for clients upgrading from Tier 1

$499 for new clients beginning in Tier 2

Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment.

5. Scope of Practice

I am a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor, Aromatherapist, and Registered Dental Hygienist.
I do not diagnose or treat disease. My role is to provide educational guidance rooted in Functional Nutrition principles.
Please consult your healthcare provider before making significant dietary or lifestyle changes.

6. Refund Policy

This plan is non-refundable once your first session is scheduled.
That allows me to fully prepare and dedicate time to your care. I encourage you to reach out with any questions before enrolling—I want you to feel confident that this is the right fit.

7. Confidentiality

Your story matters, and your privacy is protected. All documents, health history, and communication are stored securely and used only to support your care.

8. Follow-Up Options

Once Tier 2 is complete, you’re welcome to continue with:

Individual follow-up sessions at $125/hour (scheduled as needed)

Additional packages if you’d like more ongoing support
